Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced SPT Account Manager to advise clients on completing prior year 401(k) administration, including Form 5500 filings and annual valuations. This full-time, remote role offers a 37.5-hour week and flexible start times within the USA.

You will manage a client book of business, coordinate with internal teams, and drive timely completion of outstanding requirements while maintaining strong client relationships across professionals such as CPAs,

Qualifications

• Requires 8–10 years of 401(k) plan administration and consulting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) testing.
• Experience with 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience.
• NIPA or ASPPA credential; ERPA a plus; strong communication & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of clients with missed prior year work and new clients.
• Guide clients through completion of prior year work and timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships with professionals involved in plans.
