Job summary

Pentegra-Services,-Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a full-time, remote role in the United States. The position focuses on maintaining client relationships, conducting compliance testing, preparing Form 5500, and coordinating with auditors.

You will analyze census data, calculate employer contributions, run annual tests, and support plan administration while upholding confidentiality and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• College degree or 7+ years retirement experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in account manager or similar role in retirement administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications/software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with Relius strongly desired
• Experience with Salesforce strongly desired
• Experience with FT Williams strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Provides timely, superior customer services and issue resolution to clients and advisors.
• Maintains client relationships with high client retention rate.
• Interprets plan documents and communicates improvements to clients and partners.
• Analyzes census to determine eligibility and calculate employer contributions.
• Performs annual non-discrimination tests and discusses results with client.
• Prepares Government Forms: 5500 and related schedules and works with auditors.
• Posts year-end client deliverables to Salesforce and coordinates with plan administrators.
