Job summary

Fullmind is seeking qualified educators to join our remote pool and connect with U.S. schools through our virtual platform. As a Fullmind educator, you will select openings that match your certification and work within district calendars as a 1099 contractor.

You’ll deliver live instruction, develop aligned lesson plans, and monitor student progress. Prior online teaching experience is a plus, and a valid state teaching certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active state teaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on.
• Teach the school’s curriculum on the district’s virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.
