Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a remote educator to join our pool for virtual instruction, delivering curriculum through the district’s platform and guiding students to course completion. This 1099 contract role requires a valid California teaching certification and a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 3 years of professional teaching experience.

You’ll work remotely, collaborating with an in-class facilitator and district staff.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States with an active, state-issued teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select the jobs you take on.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.
