Job summary

Fullmind is seeking remote, 1099 independent contractors to join our educator pool and deliver virtual instruction from anywhere in the United States.

You will select openings that fit your state certification through our portal and start once placements are available. The contract does not include benefits and compensation is a daily rate of $30–$40 per hour, varies by district needs and calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States with an active state teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop/computer with webcam, headset, and reliable internet.
• Background check and virtual teaching demonstration required during application.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.
