Job summary
Fullmind is seeking educators for remote, 1099 contract positions. You will select openings via our educator portal, deliver instruction online, and develop lesson plans aligned with district curricula. Equipment: laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, reliable internet. A virtual skills demonstration and background check are part of the process; prior online teaching experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States with an active state teaching certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional educator experience.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Laptop/desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Virtual skills teaching demonstration plus a background check as part of the process.
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Access our educator portal to select available teaching jobs.
- Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Engage and nurture student learning with relationship-focused strategies.
- Track student grades and performance.
- Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with in-class facilitator during lessons.
