Alignerr seeks native or near-native Peninsular Spanish transcribers for AI training projects. Remote work with flexible hours (10–40 hours per week). You will produce precise, verbatim transcripts of Spanish audio, handling crosstalk and background noise, and following detailed style guidelines.

No prior AI experience required. Ideal candidates have strong listening skills, excellent written Spanish, and a methodical, patient approach to repetitive work.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native speaker of Spain Spanish (Peninsular).
• Exceptional listening skills with an ear for detail.
• Strong written Spanish; clear, accurate transcriptions.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings in Peninsular Spanish and produce verbatim transcriptions.
• Handle crosstalk, overlapping speakers, background noise, and varying audio quality.
• Identify and differentiate multiple speakers within a recording.
• Apply consistent formatting for timestamps, speaker labels, and non-verbal sounds.
• Flag unintelligible or ambiguous segments following protocols.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
