Alignerr is seeking a Spanish Language Expert for AI training to evaluate and improve AI-generated content. You will ensure translations sound natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate for real Spanish speakers.

This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week. No AI background required—just native or near-native Spanish, a sharp eye for quality, and the ability to work asynchronously on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Strong written communication skills in Spanish.
• Solid command of contemporary Spanish usage across contexts and registers.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a variety of topics.
• No prior AI or tech experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Spanish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness.
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues.
• Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
