Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS support or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Experience managing a ticket queue or high-volume support workload.
• Comfort with file, data, supplier workflows, and application support issues.
• Willingness to learn pharmaceutical compliance and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own OneScan Pharmacy Pro support tickets from assignment through resolution or escalation.
• Investigate customer issues using ticket history, documentation, and product tools.
• Provide clear, professional written updates to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support onboarding workflows and track progress amid delays or blockers.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
