Job summary

Sephora seeks a Retail Communications Manager, Translation and Localization to lead Spanish-language content for Sephora’s U.S. retail organization.

You will manage end-to-end translation, ensuring accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance, and collaborate across Retail Communications, Instructional Design, HR, and Legal. You will establish glossaries, quality-assurance practices, and publishing standards, while driving process improvements and tooling.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of translation/localization experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of terminology management and QA for multilingual content.

Responsibilities

• Translate, edit, proofread, and localize content into Spanish while preserving business intent and tone.
• Establish QA practices, glossaries, and maintain style guides for Spanish content.
• Collaborate with Retail Communications, HR, Legal, and design teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor content post-publish and lead process improvements in localization workflows.
