Job summary

Simeio is seeking a Spanish-speaking IAM Platform Support Specialist II to provide Level 2 support for enterprise IAM environments in a 24x7 operation, working remotely in the United States.

The role covers troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, and access governance with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, and ForgeRock, and requires US citizenship for government programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Experience with at least one of the following: SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Verify, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM-related incidents and service requests.
• Understanding of access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance concepts.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or rotational schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-related incidents.
• Support identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role management, and deprovisioning.
• Monitor IAM systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Support user access reviews, compliance activities, and audit requests.
• Participate in shift rotations and after-hours support as required.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and drive resolution through closure.
• Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.
