Propio Language Services - Geo Tag Jobs is seeking remote Spanish contract interpreters to support PropioONE. The role involves consecutive interpretation for diverse clients across medical, legal, and social services settings on an on-demand basis.

Applicants must submit an English resume, demonstrate ILR 3+ proficiency, pass Mockoral interpretation, complete Propio's Medical Terminology/Anatomy and Physiology assessment, pass a background check, and commit to confidentiality and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Submission of updated Resume in English at time of Application.
• English proficiency rating of 3+ on the ILR scale.
• Passing Mockoral interpretation session.
• Passing Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment, with a passing score.
• Background Check and Security Screen.
• Confidentiality, ethics, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation.
• Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Propio L.S. clients.
• Follows all Propio L.S. policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
• Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge for various clients (medical, legal, social services).
