Edpuzzle is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Product team in Spain, building thoughtful, reliable experiences for teachers and students. You’ll work across the stack with Product, Design, and Engineering, solving real user problems and taking ownership from discovery to delivery.

You’ll contribute to decisions that improve the product and grow with a team that values learning and collaboration. This is a remote-first role within Spain with our Barcelona office optional.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years professional experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
• Experience writing well-tested JavaScript/TypeScript code and delivering features end-to-end.
• Strong experience building complex interactive UIs in React and backend systems in Node.js.
• Willing to work across the stack and grow toward full-stack capabilities.
• Product‑oriented with user focus and ability to solve real problems.
• Pragmatic tech mindset; use AI and modern tools responsibly.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand user needs and propose solutions.
• Own problems from research to implementation with team support.
• Work with cross-functional teammates to keep projects moving and on time.
• Develop pixel-perfect designs with the Design team.
• Write simple, testable, reliable code across the stack.
• Continuously learn how Edpuzzle’s software works and how to improve it.
• Use AI and tools to learn faster while maintaining high standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Write technical documentation explaining decisions and systems.
• Contribute wherever needed to deliver meaningful outcomes.
