Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Audit Manager for a remote consulting engagement focused on SOX testing, ITGC, and application controls. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and delivering testing evidence.

Experience with ERP environments, strong documentation skills, and relevant certifications are preferred. The position offers W2 benefits and a flexible working arrangement.

Qualifications

• SOX ITGC testing experience required or as a senior associate/manager.
• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with ERP environments and financial reporting applications.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with audit/GRC tools.
• Ability to manage timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SOX ITGC and application control testing.
• Evaluate IT controls over change management, access management, operations, and interfaces.
• Perform walkthroughs, develop test procedures, and document results with evidence.
• Identify control deficiencies, assess impact, and support remediation and retesting.
• Coordinate with process owners, external auditors, and stakeholders to align timelines and scope.
• Prepare status updates, testing summaries, and issue logs for leadership.
• Support risk assessments, scoping, and control rationalization activities.
