Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a remote SOW & Vendor Management professional in the United States. This role focuses on digitizing SOW agreements, overseeing the end-to-end SOW lifecycle in VMS, and coordinating supplier onboarding and escalations.

You will work with client stakeholders to map service requirements to digital SOWs, source new suppliers, and ensure compliance with company guidelines, while managing multiple assignments with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in procurement or operations handling SOWs.
• Experience with VMS tools and supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Digitize SOWs into Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Support supplier onboarding strategies and escalations.
• Oversee SOW lifecycle within VMS, incl. change orders, payments, onboarding/offboarding.
• Translate service requirements into digital Statements of Work.
• Source new suppliers to meet program needs.
• Advise stakeholders on talent engagement and compliant buying channels.
• Maintain relationships among suppliers, client managers, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reports from VMS platforms.
