Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a remote SOW Specialist to digitize and manage Statements of Work using Vendor Management Systems. You will support onboarding, track changes, manage supplier and worker lifecycle, and advise clients on engagement paths.

You will collaborate with managers, procurement, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely payments, while delivering analytics and program metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma; BA/BS or equivalent in Procurement, Technical, or related Business fields preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement or Operations, specifically in processing Statements of Work.
• Prior experience with VMS tools, such as SAP Fieldglass.
• Skilled at building professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments with attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing environments and able to work independently.
• Proficient with PC and internet tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Digitizing Statement of Work (SOW) agreements into Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Supporting supplier onboarding strategies and handling escalations as needed.
• Overseeing the end-to-end SOW lifecycle within VMS, including creating requests, processing change orders, monitoring payments, and onboarding/offboarding suppliers and workers.
• Translating service requirements into digital Statements of Work within client VMS platforms.
• Sourcing new suppliers to support program needs.
• Consulting with managers and client stakeholders to recommend talent engagement paths and buying channels.
• Building and managing relationships between suppliers, client managers, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Acting as a collaborative team member to maintain a high standard of service for customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders.
• Delivering enhanced analytics, reporting, and program metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Digitizing Statement of Work (SOW) agreements into Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Supporting supplier onboarding strategies and handling escalations as needed.
• Facilitating and overseeing the entire SOW engagement lifecycle within VMS, including: Creating new requestsProcessing change ordersMonitoring paymentsOnboarding and offboarding suppliers and workers

• Consulting with managers and client stakeholders to recommend the appropriate paths for talent engagement, including guiding them to the proper buying channels and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Building and managing relationships between suppliers, client managers, procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Acting as a collaborative team member to maintain a high standard of service for customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders.

Internal Consultation

• Facilitate requirements gathering during client discovery sessions.
• Administer the end-to-end lifecycle management of Statements of Work.
• Train operations teams on product standards, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Oversee supplier onboarding strategies and manage escalations when necessary.
• Support supplier performance management and scorecard initiatives.
• Source and onboard new suppliers as needed.
• Deliver enhanced analytics, reporting, and program metrics.
• Act as a collaborative team member to ensure high-quality service delivery for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reports from Vendor Management System platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma required; BA/BS or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or related Business fields preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement or Operations, specifically in processing Statements of Work.
• Prior experience with VMS tools, such as SAP Fieldglass.

Location & Travel

This position is virtual but may require periodic travel to client and Kelly locations based on business needs.

$61,575.00 - $82,100.00
