Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sourcing Pursuit Lead in Charlotte, NC to drive strategic sourcing solutions for high-value pursuits. The role requires leading cross-functional collaboration, mentoring team members, and delivering executive-ready proposals and negotiations.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage RFx processes, and engage with Sales, Account Directors, and Pricing leadership to win complex bids.

Qualifications

5–8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or business development with pursuit/sales support success.
Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or integrated facility services.
Proven track record winning competitive bids through strategic sourcing.
Expertise in third-party service categories (cleaning, security, HVAC, landscaping, technical services).
Experience managing sophisticated RFx processes and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing strategy for complex, high-value pursuits including new business, expansions, and renewals.
Develop competitive go-to-market solutions addressing client requirements.
Translate client objectives into actionable sourcing strategies.
Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Act as Global Pursuit lead coordinating sourcing across multiple regions.
