Intermountain Health is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with Category Management, Legal, and Compliance to drive market recommendations, contract drafting, and risk mitigation. You will negotiate terms, manage multiple sourcing projects, and align with business requirements and milestones.

Preferred candidates have 2–5 years in contracting and sourcing, strong communication skills, and experience with sourcing methodologies and project management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital dexterity with common office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, healthcare, supply chain, law or equivalent.
• One year of healthcare contracting and sourcing experience is preferred.
• Experience with sourcing methodologies, negotiation strategies, and contract language.
