Intermountain Health is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will negotiate pricing, manage sourcing projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop SOWs, amendments, and contracts that align with Intermountain’s interests while mitigating risk.

Preferred candidates have 2–5 years of contracting and sourcing experience and a strong foundation in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in a fast-paced business environment with effective communication.
• Mastery of common office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage low to medium complexity sourcing projects (SOWs, amendments, full agreements).
• Manage up to 20 concurrent sourcing projects.
• Assist in high complexity sourcing initiatives and pricing strategies (competitive quotes/bids).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the sourcing process.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Engage in team learning and growth exercises.
