Intermountain Health is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for fully remote work. You will collaborate with Category Management, Legal, Compliance, and internal customers to craft negotiation strategies, select contract templates, and execute agreements that mitigate risk while supporting Intermountain’s interests.

Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, managing 20+ sourcing projects, and developing pricing strategies with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience in managing projects, prioritizing in fast-paced environments, communicating effectively, and providing high levels of customer service.
• Proficiency with office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Negotiates and manages low to medium complexity sourcing projects (SOWs, amendments, full agreements).
• Manages up to 20 concurrent sourcing projects across stages.
• Assists in pricing strategies, quotes and bids for sourcing projects.
• Collaborates with stakeholders in the sourcing process.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and participates in initiatives.
• Engages in team learning and growth activities.
