Job summary

WellLink Group is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our Group Purchasing team. This senior staff-level role focuses on overseeing vendor agreements, negotiating contracts, and managing the RFx process to drive value for members.

The role requires 2–3 years in contracting or procurement, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Flexible work arrangements are offered, including remote or hybrid options based on location.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and contract analysis abilities.
• Strong understanding of procurement practices and supplier management.
• Experience with contract terms, pricing analyses, and bid processes.
• Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WellLink's contract portfolio including negotiations, launches, and renewals.
• Lead RFx development, analysis, negotiations, and contract pipeline management.
• Identify contracting gaps and propose new contract categories.
• Communicate contract terms and changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
• Conduct market research and due diligence on pricing and terms.
