Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Sourcing Analyst for the North America Field Supply Chain Team. The role focuses on centralized procurement of ROBUST full systems, conducting RFP/RFQ exercises, and presenting pricing proposals to field offices.

The ideal candidate will manage POs, negotiate pricing, oversee material logistics, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining high service levels and process improvements across cross-functional teams throughout the U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• 1–3 years in supply chain or elevator field experience.
• Experience in SDC and MOD eLog.
• Experience with Global JDE and K2 systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and customer elevator/escalator specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducting RFP/RFQ exercises for ROBUST contracts in collaboration with NAA field offices.
• Present FSC material source and pricing proposals to NAA field offices; ensure delivery of requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare purchase orders for ROBUST systems and sub-systems from national and international suppliers; ensure supplier compliance with Otis terms.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and terms to achieve best offers.
• Manage material logistics and ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor central sourcing execution versus estimates; escalate issues as needed.
• Work with external supplier groups to resolve supply issues promptly; maintain high service levels.
• Support continuous improvements to centralized sourcing processes and future FSC centralization goals.
