Job summary

WNS Procurement, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Source to Contract Associate to join the client sourcing service delivery team. You will manage simple to complex sourcing projects end-to-end, from validating requests to bidding, supplier engagement, and proposal evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in procurement or sourcing, strong Excel analytics, and experience with eSourcing tools. This remote role emphasizes collaboration and process improvement across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong sourcing methodology and process knowledge, including eSourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize data and make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sourcing process from start to finish for 5–12 projects simultaneously.
• Develop RFx documents, publish bids, and manage supplier participation.
• Conduct negotiations for software, SaaS, and related services.
• Provide thorough analyses, supplier evaluations, and concise client summaries.
• Collaborate with Client Category Managers on strategy and methodology.
• Create and customize RFx templates and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and client communications.
