Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to deliver tailored demonstrations and translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, supporting engineering and product teams along the way.

This remote role offers engagement with architectural millwork and cabinetry customers, periodic travel, and collaboration across a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software.
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or related industries preferred.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with libraries and post-processors.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide customers on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Act as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry events and webinars.
