Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers realize Cribl's telemetry platform in real-world environments. You will demo the product, answer questions in early sales calls, and support PoCs while crafting use cases for blogs and docs.

As a remote-first company, you may work across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours. The role emphasizes experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, plus a background in sales engineering or services.

Formación

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Up to 30% travel.
