Job summary

HCM TradeSeal, a payroll and labor-compliance software provider for the construction industry, seeks a Professional Services Consultant. You will lead calls, investigate customer needs, and drive tickets toward clear outcomes across multiple accounts.

You will work with HCM/payroll platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce) and construction ERP tools, learning both areas to deliver integrated solutions. Remote, nationwide opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in professional services, software implementation, technical support or similar customer-facing software role.
• Experience with HCM, payroll, ERP, workforce-management or financial software.
• Strong client-facing communication and meeting-leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and service tickets simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with structured data, software configuration and integration concepts.
• Ability to explain technical subjects to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Good judgment on when to escalate or solve independently.
• Organized, accountable in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services and technical support calls with mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Understand objectives, investigate problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Complete professional services tickets involving configuration, data, testing, troubleshooting and training.
• Help customers navigate payroll, prevailing-wage, union and job-costing workflows.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and actionable internal tickets.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams for deeper technical input.
• Communicate decisions, next steps and responsibilities clearly.
• Maintain documentation, ticket status and time records.
• Identify risks early and keep conversations productive.
• Develop deeper expertise in our platform and construction payroll ecosystem.
• Help strengthen and standardize our Professional Services practice.
