Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a full-time Solutions Architect to support end-to-end Automation Integrator Solutions in the Material Handling and Warehouse Automation industry. The role involves creating, implementing, maintaining, communicating, and presenting documentation and specifications for multiple customer projects, including software changes and data analysis.

The candidate will engage in client workshops, work on IT topology, subsystem specifications, and scope-of-work change management,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Warehouse Automation, Distribution Center, Material Handling industry experience.
• SQL familiarity, knowledge, or usage.
• Data Analytics & reporting experience (excel is primary platform).
• IT Topology familiarity or experience (Network and Infrastructure diagrams).
• Kibana system experience.
• UAT and/or FAT testing or familiarity.
• Familiarity with Swisslog or AutoStore solutions (directly or through one of their customers).

Responsibilities

• Support, create, implement, maintain, communicate, and present documentation and specifications for internal, external, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support MHE and MHS for one or more customer projects at a time.
• Develop documentation like software changes, data analysis, IT topologies, subsystem specifications, and change-management for scope of work.
• Assist in client workshops and contribute to high-level fixed-fee pricing documents.

An employer is seeking a full time, permanent, Solutions Architect supporting an end-to-end Automation Integrator Solutions Company in the Material Handling, Warehouse Automation, and Automated Distribution industry. This Solutions Architect will be responsible for supporting, creating, implementing, maintaining, communicating, and presenting (internally, externally, and cross-functionally) all documentation and specifications. Additionally, they will be supporting MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and MHS (Material Handling Systems) for one or more customer projects at a time. Some of these documentations and specifications they will be responsible for include software changes, data analysis, IT Topology, subsystem specifications, scope of work change management, client workshops, and high level fixed fee pricing documents.
