You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, assist in onboarding enterprise customers, and contribute thought leadership through blogs and webinars.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with mobile app development processes.
• Experience with shell scripting.
• You have published an app to the App/Play Store.
• Experience setting up CI pipelines.
• General knowledge of DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to Bitrise customers, addressing business requirements with mobile DevOps solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry practices to act as a subject matter expert for mobile development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the roadmap based on trends.
• Work with developers from large customers to debug complex CI/CD issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for the global support team.
• Attend conferences, host webinars, write blog posts to share knowledge.
• Assist Customer Success Managers during onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Build deep relationships with technical champions to become advocates.
