Solutions Architect for Enterprise Mobile Applications

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution—someone who can design sophisticated, enterprise-scale mobile solutions and lead teams to bring them to life. You’ll architect solutions built on React, TypeScript, and React Native or Ionic, seamlessly integrating them with Microsoft platforms like Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

This isn’t just a coding role, it’s a strategic leadership position. About 70% of your time will be spent on solution design, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration; the remaining 30% will be hands-on, guiding developers and ensuring technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Architect next-gen mobile solutions using React-based frameworks (React Native or Ionic) and robust back-end APIs.
• Lead whiteboarding sessions that turn business needs into actionable, documented technical blueprints.
• Integrate mobile solutions with ERP systems, legacy platforms, and Microsoft applications (Dynamics 365, Power BI).
• Design and implement SSO and identity integrations (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, Entra ID).
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure solutions hit performance, scalability, and security targets.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to development teams, championing best practices.
• Align delivery with modern DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, frameworks, and plugin ecosystems (Capacitor, Ionic, React).
• Safeguard solutions by ensuring compliance with security regulations and data privacy standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of API architecture and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Microsoft platforms and third-party applications.
• Strong database knowledge (design, optimization, relational models).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both executives and technical teams.
• 5+ years designing SOA or microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with identity management and SSO protocols.
• Bonus points for: Java, C#/.NET, Python, secure coding, token-based authentication, encryption.
