Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT to enable advanced aerospace capabilities. The role requires 8+ years in senior technical leadership, deep knowledge of distributed systems and cybersecurity frameworks, and a strong business acumen to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or CS.
• 8+ years in solution architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Experience in aerospace/defense/manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Hands-on with distributed systems and secure enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures across applications, integrations, infrastructure, and data layers.
• Design scalable cloud/hybrid solutions (AWS/Azure/GovCloud).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and digital thread strategy.
• Incorporate zero-trust and secure-by-design practices.
• Develop architecture decisions and ARB participation.
