Job summary

EPAM Georgia seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect - Network & Cloud to advise enterprise and public-sector clients on modernizing network and cloud infrastructure. You will lead architecture design, transformation programs, and technical delivery across complex environments, while engaging CIOs and IT leaders.

You will drive architecture governance, design secure connectivity across AWS, Azure and OCI, and guide cross-domain teams through cloud migration and Zero Trust initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure consulting.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise or public-sector clients.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco routing & switching, Arista and NSX.
• Proficiency in SD-WAN technologies (Cisco, Aruba/Silver Peak or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud networking across AWS, Azure and Oracle OCI.
• Expertise in security architecture, including Zero Trust and SASE.
• Background in delivering cloud and network transformation programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required (C1), German highly desirable
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers
• Lead infrastructure assessments, architecture workshops and roadmap development
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Present architecture concepts to technical and executive audiences
• Provide governance aligned to enterprise architecture frameworks
• Design WAN/LAN, SD-WAN and hybrid cloud architectures, including secure connectivity across AWS, Azure and/or Oracle OCI
• Develop Zero Trust and SASE-based security models
• Lead data centre modernization and cloud migration initiatives, producing high- and low-level design documentation (HLD/LLD)
• Support implementation teams during deployment phases and troubleshoot cross-domain issues across network, cloud and security
• Provide architectural oversight during transformation programs and act as a senior escalation point for critical infrastructure challenges
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical solution design, contribute to proposal development and effort estimation
• Participate in client pitches and technical presentations, identifying follow-on opportunities within existing accounts
