Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end
• Trim Bain & Company's cloud bill by right-sizing the Public Speaking infrastructure in Idaho Falls, ID
• Translate technology compliance rules into Public Speaking guardrails baked into the build
• Scale Bain & Company's Public Speaking services from Idaho Falls pilot to ID-wide rollout
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
• Map data flow across Bain & Company's Flask services and spot the leaks
• Pair-program tricky Public Speaking edge cases with engineers across Idaho Falls, ID
