Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear solution components, process flows, and presentation materials.
• Experience with government health and human services or public-sector environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation to develop executable solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, and staffing calculations.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization, and operational implications.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, and risks for solution models.
