Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years in sales engineering, business development, or sales support operations.
• Ability to prioritize and influence cross-functional teams.
• Think strategically while delivering on tactical tasks.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence without direct management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to document customer requirements.
• Discuss source system details to determine effort and provide a standard report for quotation.
• Record information on past projects, quotes, and service content.
• Organize current and future sales engineering materials.
• Help maintain standard archive and migration models and plans.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments.
• Act as a liaison to Product Management, Development, IT and Operations.
• Assist training of Business Development team on product offerings.
• Maintain pricing matrix with leadership input.
• Provide enhancement inputs for HealthData Planner.
• Travel up to 10-25%.
• Complete other job-related assignments as requested.
