Job summary

Infios US, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Analyst to deliver accurate and timely reporting for customers in a remote US role. You will work with Excel, Access, SQL and the Infios FAP Portal to ensure data integrity and support customer implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Implementations, and customer-facing teams. Salary range reflects remote US positioning.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Access experience required.
• SQL for data analysis experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly and month-end customer reporting.
• Maintain and support core solution components (GL coding, custom fields, accruals, month-end reporting).
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve data logic and reporting issues independently.
• Use Excel, Access and SQL to manage, validate and automate data.
