Job summary

Appriss Retail seeks a Solution Expert to serve as the go-to product authority for Incident and Audit solutions. You will bridge the gap between the product and the people who sell, implement, train, and support it daily.

You will lead internal and external training, configure case linking and audit workflows, and provide advanced product support while collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management, compliance/audit software, or loss prevention systems.
• Ability to deliver live training to customers, individually or in groups.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical workflows to diverse audiences.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to translate product features into business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal and customer-facing expert on Incident and Audit functionality and best practices.
• Support sales and customer success during demos and discovery calls.
• Deliver customer training sessions to drive adoption and proficiency.
• Help customers configure Incident and Audit workflows and analytics.
• Provide advanced product support and escalate issues when needed.
• Relay user feedback to Product/Engineering to inform the roadmap.
• Create and maintain training materials and FAQs for teams and customers.
• Stay current on retail loss prevention and compliance trends.
