Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in a technical sales, solution consulting, application engineering, or similar role within industrial automation or digitalization.
• Proven ability to engage customers effectively through strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of Siemens Industrial Automation and Digitalization Portfolio and ability to apply these technologies to solve customer problems.
• Knowledge of market drivers, trends, and customer needs in digital transformation.
• Experience operating within structured sales processes and cross-functional collaboration models.
• Excellent verbal, written and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
