Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Senior Acquisition and Training Analyst/Product Consultant to lead external DoD AMS activities, drive training programs, and interface with NAVAIR leadership. Travel for classroom and one-on-one events is required; remote work may be possible with on-site support.

The role demands a strong DoD acquisition background, classroom teaching experience, and the ability to lead complex contracting efforts and training module development with SME collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS/BA degree; substitutions allowed for relevant experience.
• At least ten years of project management support with four years in acquisition management.
• Experience with AMS software development and requirements; agile tools.
• Ability to teach in a classroom and lead large procurement projects.
• Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new customer AMS implementation and develop schedules.
• Interface with DoD senior leadership and other agencies for AMS needs.
• Develop high-quality end-user training materials and courseware.
• Deliver diverse training formats (in-person, distance, 1-on-1).
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
