Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role may convert to contract-to-hire and requires collaboration with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders.

You will lead sourcing, manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and spend optimization while partnering with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology contracts.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environment preferred.
• Self-starter who can drive initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation.
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting.
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows.
