WebstaurantStore is a leading foodservice equipment supplier seeking a Software Licensing Specialist to manage internal software licenses, maintain the licensing portal, and ensure compliance across renewal dates and platforms.

You will collaborate with Accounting, IT, Legal, and Executive Management, document purchasing and audit processes, and support asset management within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software license tracking and purchasing.
• Experience in distribution environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Use license management tools to track, evaluate, and manage software licenses.
• Manage internal and external licensing relationships.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Legal, and Executives on licensing goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation for purchasing and audit processes.
• Support Inventory Control in asset allocation and returns.
