DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a team of mainframe engineers in designing, building, and delivering mission-critical software solutions. The role includes ERP ownership responsibilities, ensuring stability, security, and compliance, with collaboration across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.

The position is remote, US-based, and requires US citizenship with the ability to meet security and work authorization requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in software engineering with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• COBOL programming required.
• IMS experience required.
• ITAR-compliance and US citizenship required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Guide a team of mainframe software engineers in design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Lead ERP customer requests—from planning through go-live.
• Provide mentoring and career development guidance to team members.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure system security and compliance with standards such as SOX, GDPR, and GxP.
