Rula is a remote-first company hiring a Software Engineer to empower our Revenue Cycle Management team through scalable platforms, services, and internal tooling that support payments, claims submission, and operational workflows. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness across this critical function.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or engineering discipline.
- 3+ years professional engineering experience.
- Experience with product and design teams and scalable systems.
- Knowledge of modern applications architecture, API patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and scaling.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable platforms and tooling for payments and claims.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness across the revenue cycle.
- Own development lifecycle from planning to post-launch maintenance.
