Job summary

Rula is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer to enable our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by developing scalable platforms, services, and internal tooling that power payments, claims submission, and operational workflows.

You will apply strong software engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to solve complex challenges. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading high-priority technical projects and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring and code review culture.
• Experience with distributed systems including microservices and databases.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale web applications in production environments.
• Lead critical technical projects from conception to delivery.
