Qualifications

• Professional software development experience.
• Experience taking software from idea to production.
• Broad lifecycle experience: dev, deployment, observability, production support.
• Ability to work across technical boundaries.
• Sound judgment on autonomous decisions with accountability.
• Experience using agentic coding tools or evidence of developing an agentic practice.
• Ability to integrate AI-generated work with accountability.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and apply them to problems.
• Strong, concise communication and collaboration across teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on business value.
• Initiative to improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer problems and business rules into production-ready technology.
• Own end-to-end delivery: discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Break complex goals into executable work and coordinate agents.
• Investigate ambiguity with technical judgment and available data.
• Identify key product questions early and push for timely answers.
• Make autonomous technical decisions aligned with architecture and standards.
• Deliver early value, learn from usage, iterate quickly.
• Create reusable skills, components, and automation for future work.
• Strengthen testing, code review, security analysis, and QA.
