Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience with SDLC models (waterfall, agile, iterative).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of business modeling and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development services or technical support on defined projects.
• Follow One Call SDLC standards and processes.
• Develop logic for new applications or modify existing ones.
• Code, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with analysts and product managers to deliver tasks on time.
