Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile)
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to diverse audiences
• Willingness to share technical knowledge with others
• Strong problem-solving and time management
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Responsabilités

• Provides application software development services or technical support on defined projects
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards
• Develops or modifies program logic for new or existing applications
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software
• Maintains, tests and integrates application components
• Ensures system improvements are implemented
• Understands One Call systems and workers' compensation industry
• Participates in planning and analysis of SD projects
• Translates business requirements into product designs
• Writes technical specifications and other documentation
• Suggests technical alternatives and improves processes
• Completes project assignments and special projects
• Plans, analyzes and forecasts tasks
• May provide leadership to other technical professionals
