Tenex.AI is hiring a Software Engineer II to join a fast-growing, AI-native MDR startup in the United States. You will help design and scale backend systems, craft engaging frontend interfaces, and contribute to architectural decisions.

The role values proactive problem solving, collaboration, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. As an early member, you’ll work across the stack from robust backends to user-facing applications, with opportunities to influence engineering

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend languages Go, Python or equivalent.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: Next.js, TypeScript, React, Vue.js.
• Experience with relational databases PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain responsive frontend applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to define features.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug across the full stack.
• Improve development processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and trends.
• Identify and solve technical challenges proactively.
