Job summary

TENEX.AI is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will build scalable backend services and engaging frontends, working across the stack from APIs to UI. As an early team member, you’ll influence architectural decisions and engineering culture in a fast-paced startup.

The role supports a hybrid work model with onsite days and remote flexibility, across multiple U.S. locations including San Jose, CA, Kansas City, KS, and Sarasota, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with backend languages (Go, Python) and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js/React/TypeScript).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Ability to learn quickly and work across backend and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain responsive frontend applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to implement features.
• Write clean, well-documented, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
