Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Proficient in Java or Kotlin; flexible language requirements.
• Experience with web development, cloud-based microservices, and event sourcing.
• Familiarity with Next.js and web accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Work on a cross-functional team delivering features across backend services, web client, e-commerce, and subscriptions platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable code in multiple languages and platforms.
• Advance a supported web-platform foundation: rendering, caching, CDN behavior, CI/CD, observability, testing, and legacy decommissioning.
• Create reusable page templates and CMS integrations for self-service publishing by Marketing and content teams.
• Collaborate with engineers through code reviews and pair programming; contribute to on-call support and incident response.
• Assist in project scoping with product managers and participate in the interview process.
