Job summary

ZOE is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a front-end focus to join our Growth team. You’ll own zoe.com experiences, building fast interfaces with TypeScript, React and Next.js, and collaborating with backend services in Kotlin or Python.

You’ll ship features for landing pages, checkout, signup and product launches across our subscriptions and physical offerings. You’ll work autonomously in a senior IC role, shipping daily, measuring results, and driving decisions with data alongside

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong front-end focus.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, React and Next.js; ability to build fast, accessible, well-tested web experiences.
• Experience working with commercial functions (marketing, growth, CRM) and turning business goals into product outcomes.
• Hands-on with experimentation and analytics (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
• Autonomous, ownership-minded, able to work with limited guidance and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of a backend language (Python, Kotlin or Java) and willingness to do backend work.

Responsibilities

• Own growth initiatives end to end—from idea shaping with partners to delivery and measurement.
• Collaborate daily with marketing, CRM and product to deliver campaigns and acquisition journeys.
• Design, launch and analyze experiments to guide what to build next.
• Build a fast, high-converting zoe.com; optimize performance, accessibility, and conversion across key journeys.
• Adapt to changing priorities and help decide what to build, defer or drop.
• Contribute to backend changes where growth features require them (Kotlin or Python).
• Contribute to the design system to enable shipping faster across teams.
• Ship continuously: release to production frequently with strong testing and monitoring.
